The other day an Astronomer from Minnesota came on the news and said that Astrology does not work because the Earth’s wobble means your zodiac sign may be wrong and your sun may be in a different sign than you thought it was. What he doesn’t understand is that Western Astrology does not work that way.

There are two main types of Astrology used in the United States, and other parts of the world. One is called Western Astrology and the other Vedic Astrology. There are other systems of Astrology, but in this article I am just talking about Western and Vedic Astrology.

Western astrology is based on starting the first sign of the zodiac, which is Aries, at the time of the Spring Equinox. Then the Sun starts its journey through the 12 signs of the zodiac which include Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. That is the typical 12 sign zodiac, which starts in the spring. I believe this is when we should start our New Year instead of in the winter when the energy is one of hibernation, but that is another subject.

This Astronomer from Minnesota also brought out the information about Ophiuchus/Asclepius as being the 13th Sign. There is actually a wind from space that comes to earth between November 30-December 16th every year. Those born between those dates are actually part of the sign Asclepius. The number 13 is feminine in nature although the sign of Asclepius is the balance between male/female energy.

Vedic Astrology, which is from India and still practiced today, is based on where the Sun and planets actually are in the heavens. So in Western Astrology if you are an Aries, chances are in Vedic Astrology you might be a Pisces. There is 23 degrees difference between the signs. For example, if your Sun were on 22 degrees Aries, in Vedic Astrology your Sun would be on 29 degrees Pisces.

Vedic Astrology can be very accurate. I have a book that says December of 2010 would be the end of a 5,200 year Vedic Kali Yuga Astrology cycle. I would say that is very accurate because that is when the magnetic pole started shifting, which means the end of a cycle did happen in 2010. In fact it happened at the time of the lunar eclipse/solstice day which was December 21, 2010. We will still experience the affects from this magnetic pole shift for quite a while, and there are still many earth changes that will happen.

This eclipse that happened on December 21, 2010 lined up with the Galactic Center, which in turn affects the New Madrid fault which runs from the Gulf of Mexico up the Mississippi River Valley to the northern states. There has been storm after storm that has come into those states including the recent snow storms in the southern states like Georgia, etc. The planets have been in storm mode for a long time over those states, but before too long the New Madrid fault might just have an earthquake.

Western Astrology also works. I heard that 75 percent of the people in the United States believe in Astrology. I have been writing my Planet Alert since 1987, and have been telling people what kind of changes to expect for many years. The darkness from the solar eclipse on January 4, 2011 was seen over Tunisia and look what just happened there, the government went down in the twinkling of an eye.

Astrology has influenced mankind for a long time. It is a fact of historical record that it was the foremost intellectual movement of all time. It predates all other sciences, all political systems, and all religions. It is older than the Great Wall of China, the Egyptian Pyramids, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the temples of Greece, the tablets of ancient Babylon, and the Ark of the Covenant.

Astrology influenced the Greeks, the Hindus, the Romans, the Chinese, and the Egyptians. It influenced the believers in Mohammed, and the followers of Christ and all the ancient Americans like the Aztecs, Mayans, etc. Most of the famous scientists of the past were Astrologers like Kepler, Newton, Copernicus, Galileo, and the list goes on. Newton’s primary interest was Astrology which prompted him to study light and gravity.

Today there are many physicists who have theories of how Astrology works. One of them is named Dr. Percy Seymour. I read one of his articles titled. ‘An Astronomer’s magnetic theory of Astrology and how planetary motion orchestrates solar activity and geomagnetism.’ He says that the sun, moon and planets telegraph their affects to us via magnetic signals. Magnetism is known to affect the biological cycles of numerous creatures here on Earth.

His theory proposes that planets raise tides in the gases of the Sun, creating sunspots and their particle emissions, which then travel across interplanetary space to strike Earth’s magnetosphere, ringing it like a bell. These planetary magnetic signals are then perceived by the neural network of the fetus inside the mother’s womb, heralding the child’s birth.

I believe the affects from the planets at the child’s birth forms a hard drive in his/her brain which cause certain characteristics. Maurice Cotterell says that people form different types of hard drives in their brains according to their Astrological sign. All fire signs have the same hard drive in their brains, as do all earth, water, and air signs which cause then to respond differently. In other words, there are four different hard drives-fire, earth, air and water. Think of your brain as a computer with input, storage, and output.

With all of that said, Astrology is also a belief system that has controlled the third and fourth dimensions for eons of time. I believe that we need to rise above the negative affects of the planets now that we have entered the fifth dimension. It is time for us to be the creators we were meant to be, and start creating the life we choose to experience. In order to do that, all fears, traumas, and old belief systems have to be released so we can become pure Beings of light.

If you try to push energy in the fifth dimension, it will not work. The energy of the fifth dimension and higher is one of going with the flow. Synchronicity is also part of that energy. Now when we think something it manifests almost immediately. The higher the frequency, the faster things manifest. This is why it is so important to be aware of your thought forms. Magic, miracles, love, joy, and happiness are other manifestations of the fifth dimension.

Anyway, I think we should thank that Astronomer from Minnesota for speaking out as he did and making people aware that it is time for them to become their own creators. Astrology does work, although it is time for Astrology, as we know it, to change. ***** So Be It! *****
