2012 201.  Energetic Unity.

Although my recent article, “The Law is the Law” was well received, there were some people who wondered why I was putting so much emphasis on “The Law of Attraction” which they thought was, in 2012, kind of Old School stuff.  And it really is Old School, and hopefully basic.  And by the end of this article we will be well beyond it.

For many people, The Law is something they first heard about watching “The Secret,” or “What the Bleep,” or through finding Esther and Jerry Hicks’ work.  The idea that there is an energetic source for what we are getting and that we have the ability to interact with that energy goes back much further than 1997.  I’m not going to speculate on who first introduced the concept but if you think about it it has a religious feel – and that’s putting the idea back pretty far indeed. 

Without gettin’ our Paleo on too much, let’s just go back as far as Albert Einstein, who said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.  Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.  It can be no other way.  This is not philosophy, this is physics.”

And the thing is, it’s not just physics, it is religion.  People have been trying for a very long time indeed to “match the frequency of the reality” they want.  And anyone who has some resistance to my use of the word religion in this context is not very well versed in the Law, are they? 

Nor are they much into the notion of an Aquarian “Unitive Consciousness,” are they?  Because in a sense a dogmatic resistance to dogma is separative, and if you really want Unity who’s responsibility is it to let go of resistance?  Who is willing to let their dogma get hit by their karma first?

And once you bring the idea of karma into the discussion, then you can say of the “Law of Attraction” that it’s not just physics, it’s astrology too.  We think of a person’s birth chart as showing their karma.  And we think of karma as the force that keeps certain lessons coming back into a person’s life (or soul’s lives) until that soul somehow “gets it,” and is released from that karma.

And what karma is essentially is the “soil” that a soul plants itself into so that it can experience the sensation of growth into enlightenment.  That’s what we come in here for, folks – we come here to experience growth from a state of getting a bunch of not-what-we-want into a state of being able to exercise free will which has to do with????  “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.” 

New Agers have a lot of ways to describe the state of enlightenment but it’s hard to think of it in a simpler way than as having the ability to create the world you want to live in.  Karma repeatedly gives us the contrast of not-what-we-want until we get it that that must be what we are telling the universe we want because that’s what we are getting. 

So what if we think of Karma as the way we learn to “match the frequency of the reality…?”  Karma is what we are working through towards fully accepting our power as frequency artists – which is to say, people who have the ability to creatively work with the frequency we emanate, and therefore to create the reality we want.

Okay, so maybe my article “The Law is the Law” was like Intro to 2012 on one level.  On another level it was introducing the concept that Saturn as the Lord of Karma is teaching us the Law of Attraction.  And hopefully it helps people release the karma of their dogmas so they can see that all of us are always working to get enlightenment and that we all have our own ways of doing it.

Okay, so do that.  Get Saturn.

Then, we can bring Neptune into the picture.  Neptune is the energy of connection to the Divine.  I like to explain it as what you see in a baby’s eyes.  It’s “the one thing we all have in common,” which is the power of the source energy within us.  We are born with it into the soil of karma, and through Saturn’s gentle remonstrance are learning to find it again as adults. 

We could think of karma as our unconscious programs and then think of early childhood as when we pick up those programs and further can think of those programs as being shown in the birth chart. 

Neptune’s association with addiction makes sense in this way.  What is it that addicts are trying to get?  It’s the feeling of source energy that was there at birth.  Neptune’s association with creativity makes sense in this way too.  What is it that artists are working with?  Their perception of source energy.  What colors their perception?  Their karma. 

Why do creative talent and addiction so often seem to go hand in hand?

One of the things we’re all addicted to is the ego’s need for recognition.  A lot of the ways in which people have worked with the Law of Attraction is in an egoic, personal sense that has to do with getting to be the person they always wanted to be, abundant and yada yada.  If you know any Aquarian’s very well….

If you know an astrologer well enough, ask them why, over the last 15 years during which Neptune was in Aquarius, so many people dedicated themselves to personal abundance rather than to universal abundance. 

Now, before you go beating on me with a New Age “personal responsibility” stick of some kind (or its opposite), I want to ask you, “What would Jesus do?”  What I’m interested in is how we can each become “a cell in the organism called humanity,” to paraphrase Bruce Lipton. 

In other words….

Most of us learned about the “Law of Attraction” while Neptune was in Aquarius.  And while Aquarius as a sign is associated with a unified humanity, anyone who really knows an Aquarian will tell you that, at least for the first half of their lives, they tend to have a strong need for personal recognition, for being recognized as distinct from others.  Maybe even as a little smarter than others.  Maybe even as a little better at the Law of Attraction than others. 

So it turns out that separation is an illusion, and that we are really in this together.  And luckily the guides are good, and their teaching is as gentle as can be.  So, Neptune went through Aquarius from 1997 ‘til 2012 teaching us how to work with the Law of Attraction at the personal level.  There was a huge growth in the number of spiritual modalities mainly devoted to personal abundance during that time, that’s for sure. 

And because the Law is the Law, we developed all these distinct ways of working on manifestation at the personal level because we needed to go through that phase to get us ready for the next step.  Which is Neptune in Pisces, where we all become connected to each other, at the aquatic level. 

Because you see, we’re all swimming in an ocean of energy.  Our individuality is defined by the eddy or whirlpool we generate in this liquid, and that is defined by what we are emanating.  We interact with the ocean of energy with our frequencies.  So we learned through Neptune in Aquarius to work with our personal frequencies, and through Neptune in Pisces, we are going to learn about our collective frequency.

I can feel as I’m writing this that I’ve hit the point at which most of my readers are going to be saturated (pun intended) with this information and that any more will just drip out of the sponge.  But for my extra credit readers, I’d like to point out that 2012 is the year that Neptune entered Pisces to stay until 2026 and that its ingress into Pisces coincided with Saturn going retrograde at Libra 30 which Ray Merriman would call the reflection of Pisces 1, which is where Neptune is.

And for those of my readers who have gotten past the illusion of separation and are “reconnected” (please look into the Latin roots of the word “religion”), I want to point out that on February 21^st at 2:35 PM Pacific Time we have a New Moon in the 3^rd degree of Pisces.  I just work here, you know?  And my job is to recognize and point out whatever I can that grounds and centers the impulse to unite as a human being with the Earth.  (Which as far as I can tell is what we came here to do).

The elegance of the dance is beyond words.  I can say that as a mirror, Saturn in Libra 30 is giving form and substance to Neptune in Pisces 1.  And that to me, the best expression of what is possible in 2012 is shown by the ingress of Neptune into Pisces.  And that, at the moment of the first New Moon with Neptune in Pisces there are 7 astrological bodies in Pisces.  And 7 is one of those important numbers.

I invite you take this chance to dance the energy of Unity into this New Moon.  The organic sense of Unity.  Hold hands with people and dance a dance of letting go.  Letting go of the illusion of separation which was once so juicy. 

The Pleiadian symbol for Pisces 3, where the New Moon occurs is, “Hundreds of fallen columns in a lost city.”  The column is the “I.”  Once we were a community of separate energies.  Neptune is in Pisces.  It is time to recognize our strength in energetic Unity.  Let go.  Let the cycles run.  What is next is what we create together.

Saturn Retrograde February 2012. The Law is the Law

What’s the best thing about 2012? 2013. That’s because at last, we will actually know what 2012 has brought. Millions of people will start living their lives again instead of waiting around for some magic date to keep them from having to learn who they are.

For an astrologer, I’m not much given to making predictions, but I’ll make one now. What I’d like you to do is go outside and take a moment to tune into the smells, the sounds, the feeling of nature. My prediction is that a year from now, you’ll be able to go tune into much the same feeling. And two years from now, and for a long time to come.

The Millenialist aspect of the 2012 phenomena exists only in the human sphere. Nature herself – everything not “endowed” with human-style thinking – is not freaking out about the Mayan calendar.

This Millenialism is definitely not unique in our history, nor will it be the last time we figure out exactly when it’s all gonna change. But if you’re a tree or a bird, or whatever, there’s nothing more or less intense about today than yesterday or last year or 20 years ago.

I think there is a lot of evidence that we are going through a “shift,” but in my opinion what is going to change the most in my lifetime is our relationship with nature. For a couple hundred years, more or less, we’ve enjoyed a sense of “dominion” over nature – and look where it’s gotten us. Nature is, shall we say, reasserting itself. Maybe someday we’ll understand how Nature senses us. For now, I strongly encourage everyone to work on their sense of Nature.

A friend of mine said recently that he thought that all of this 2012 stuff was coming from a collective sense of guilt for what we’ve done to Nature and was an expression of a desire for redemption – just in a New Age, Jesus-light way that allowed for our dogmatic resistance to dogma.

Not to say that there’s no power in our imagination. In fact, to me the most interesting ideas coming out of this Mayan/Millenialist/Revivalist stew have to do with what we’re learning about the power of our beliefs and perceptions. Whether you’re listening to Abraham or on the cutting edge of biology, this Law of Attraction stuff seems to be where the “shift” is taking us.

The Law of Attraction is the kind of thing that when people learn about it they rush off and really go at it for a while. Kind of like a diet or something. It’s hard to stick with it. It IS a magic bullet, but it takes an enduring faith in The Universe, which turns out to be something like Jesus. And our minds are extremely resistant to faith – especially if it has to do with personal responsibility.

And ultimately, using the Law of Attraction has to do with taking responsibility – not just for what you want but also for what you’ve got. You kind of have to accept that you’ve attracted what you’ve got in order to let go of resistance to it which will just end up drawing more of it to you.

In other words, the Law is the Law, and we get what we ask for. So whatever you’ve got is what you asked for. And for most people, that is too much to accept and so they try to spin responsibility for what they’ve got on to other people – bad people, politicians, them, reptiles, etc….

For the Law of Attraction to work, it has to be the Law. You asked for it, you got it – and in general I would say that what you’ve got is karmic and it has to do with teaching you something and what you’re learning to do is ask for what you want. Otherwise, you end up spinning around in an eddy of what you want turning into not what you want because you can’t believe that you could possibly have wanted what you’ve got, so then you have to go learn it again.

The idea that in 2012 we are evolving into a state of Unitive Consciousness is the most exciting expression of the potential in the energy of this year. Yet it brings with it a need to accept that we also have a collective vibrational frequency. And very few of the people who are excited about Unitive Consciousness are thinking about the responsibility that comes with it. It’s hard enough to believe that what you’ve got is what you’ve been asking for without having to accept that what WE’VE got is what WE’VE been asking for.

Chem-trails, drones, NDAA, you name it. The way things are is exactly what we’ve been asking for. Otherwise, the Law would only kinda be the Law, which would mean that it’s not the kind of thing a person or collection of people can lean on.

But here’s the good news…. The Law is the Law, and Unitive Consciousness is real, and we are on the brink of becoming a happier, more loving, more connected species. All that’s needed is to accept where we are and start vibrating the feeling of the world we want to live in. Together.

All of the evidence says that the power of our collective vibrations can heal people, water, the air, and bring peace and harmony to the planet.

The astrological evidence says that we are on the cusp of a new Worldview. Throughout history are periods when humanity’s relationship with the Universe changes dramatically. The most recent of these periods was 500 years ago, during the Copernican Revolution. During that time the Earth went from flat to round, from the center of the Universe to a ball spinning through space around the Sun.

Although it is really difficult to do, I invite you to think of what it meant to fully undergo that change in awareness. Use your own power of empathy and imagination to really FEEL what it was like to grow up on an Earth that was flat and about which all the celestial bodies rotated. The popular argument against Copernicus was that anyone in their right mind could feel that the Earth wasn’t moving – and if it was, we’d all fly off of it. Although people experienced gravity every day, it was so taken for granted that it wasn’t recognized as a discrete energy. (Which is exactly the point I’m trying to make about the Law of Attraction).

A really interesting thing to do is to look at who was most resistant to that shift in awareness and think about why they were resistant. We were at that time the primary reason for all of creation, and it was very difficult to let go of that sense of self-importance (even if it came with a ton of guilt). The whole Monarchic/Church-centric political structure relied on a hierarchical order wherein divinity flowed down into the human sphere through special people. The idea was that certain people were endowed with an innate connection to the divine by birth and that through them we could try to ameliorate the sins of the flesh, etc…. The division between the secular and the laity, between nobility and peasantry was threatened by Copernicus.

Today, divine right is anyone’s to claim. But it’s interesting to see how many people are thinking of themselves as having more of it than others. Unitive Cosciousness for the few seems to be a widely accepted feature in this “Shift.” Which of course makes it no shift at all.

The notion that this “shift” is for the few is extremely archaic. It is the escape valve for those who cannot believe that in their purity they could have anything to do with the way things actually are. Have you ever been around one of those “My kids would never…” parents? Well, those of you out there who are part of the chosen few are emanating that same frequency. Quit it, will you?

Astrologically, the indications are that we humans are ripe for a major shift in how we see the world. The outer-planet alignments are very similar to how they were in that crucial 1450-1550 AD period in history. A person could describe the Copernican revolution as having split Science from Faith. I think the shift we are experiencing now has to do with reuniting Faith and Science, and that the Law of Attraction in combination with Unitive Consciousness is the cutting edge of what’s changing about how we see the Universe.

Oh yeah, and Saturn just went retrograde, and the (r)evolutionary pressures are starting to ramp back up. Over the next 10 months, we are going to see the wildest expressions of human experience imaginable. Aren’t we lucky to be here for the ride?

Nature just wants to be loved. She is like a beautiful woman who has a story, and some scars. Are you only seeing the scars? Or do you see the beauty as an expression of the whole story, richer for the struggle?

Love what you have, and you shall begin to have what you love. You have this world, and this time, and all of us. May you come into acceptance. The Law is the Law.

We are in the great year of the Dragon. There has been a lot of publicity about the year of the Dragon although there is much more to it than people realize. The Chinese calendar goes back for centuries and so do the Mayan calendars. There is a very symbolic meaning to the Dragon.

The Dragon glyph is ruled by Neptune and represents unity, water, blood, primal mother, and is the source of life. Dragon is the Mother Goddess. Moving from the formless void into the waters of life, she is red like blood and magnetic. She is the psychic factor of bonding universes, the supraconscious of primal existence. She bonds in unity.

The Mayan glyphs tell the story of creation. The Dragon is the first glyph in the creation series. It talks about how the earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

The mother principle of water and form taking shape from the void were briefly attributed in Genesis to the Spirit of God upon the face of the waters. The first calendar glyph Dragon corresponds with the first act of creation in Genesis as a creative principle.

Only the Supreme Spirit, the great Self-existing Power, the Creator, the Seven-Headed Serpent moved within the abyss of darkness in the Naga Maya creation myth. In the desire to create worlds, seven intellectual commands were given by the Seven-Headed Serpent.

The gases that were scattered and without form were brought together in a swirling mass of energy. The gases were solidified and volumes were left on the outside from which water and the atmosphere were formed. Darkness prevailed and there was no sound because neither water nor atmosphere had been formed. The gases were separated; one part went to form the waters, and the waters covered the earth so that no land appeared anywhere. The gases that did not form the waters formed the atmosphere.

We just entered the year of the Water Dragon on January 23, 2012, and we just finished the Mayan calendar, as interpreted by Carl Calleman on October 28, 2011. We are now entering Unity consciousness. The seed was planted on November 11, 2011 when the whole world celebrated together. This year is the beginning of the age of Unity and the great year of 2012.

It’s the year of the great awakening, and it’s time for the light workers to come forward and take their place as teachers to help awaken the rest of the population. Can’t you just feel this new force that is starting to encompass the globe? I am really excited about what will transpire this year.

On February 3, 2012 Neptune enters its own sign of Pisces, which is a water sign. This planet will be dominant for several years. Neptune is the female Goddess energy and it rules gases, magnetic energy, and the Photon Belt. I think we have been feeling the energy from that photon belt since November of 2011. This is really high frequency energy and everything manifests really fast because of that.

Neptune has been on the last degree of Pisces since February of 2011. This planet moves very slowly. The last degree of Pisces is the degree of the moth becoming the butterfly. Isn’t that what last year was all about? We were really forced to look at our belief systems and decide what to keep and what to throw out. Don’t you feel like a new person who is really ready to face anything that may happen? Light energy is coming in so strong that the heaviness is starting to leave. I feel much lighter in my body. It’s like a big load has been lifted off of my shoulders.

I think there will be many changes this year on all levels. As more people wake up they will be questioning what in the world has been going on in our world. They will say “I don’t like what I see and it’s time to change my thinking”. All of the darkness that was brought to the surface last year, like the banking scandals, the laws passed to try to control us, and a lot of other garbage, had to surface so everyone could see what has been going on in our world. Many people started to rebel against what was happening and I think this will continue to happen. With Uranus in Aries the energy for freedom is bound to surface and get very strong. We are in the time of the great awakening.

Some people say the earth will be destroyed this year. This is not my understanding. Our earth has been here for a long time and I think it will continue to be here for a long time. However, I think we will evolve into a higher frequency earth where love and peace will manifest by the end of this year, hopefully.

I have heard from different Remote Viewers that there is a wall of light at the end of this year that they can’t see beyond. I think the reason they can’t see beyond December 21, 2012 is because we will be on a higher frequency earth, and until you reach that frequency you can’t see it. Unless the ones who control the world reach this frequency they will leave this earth plane because their bodies will not be able to handle the frequency.

The Bible talks about the New Heaven and the New Earth and how beautiful it will be. For me this is a fact because I saw it in a vision way back in the eighties. That vision has been what has kept me writing my articles all these years because I want everyone to experience the New Earth.

The Sun is moving through the sign of Aquarius right now and have you noticed how many wind storms there have been around the world? We had a major snow and ice storm in Seattle and the surrounding area last week. Then the winds came. We had gusts of 50 miles per hour in my area and a lot of people were without power. We were lucky we didn’t lose our power, but our cable connection was disrupted and we were without phone service, Internet and TV for a couple of days.

There will be a lot of events happening this year, and one of the largest events will happen on May 20, 2012 when there will be a solar eclipse with our Sun lined up with our central Sun Alcyone in the Pleiadian Star System. This is the ending of a major cycle that has been in affect for 25,920 years. I think we will be starting a new cycle of Love, Unity, and Abundance. Venus rules Taurus, and there will be a major Venus transit on June 5-6 when Venus eclipses our Sun. Venus also rules money.

Saturn is in Libra, which is the balance. We are now in the process of balancing the male and female principle together into one, which is unity consciousness. Don’t buy into the conspiracy theories and move into fear. Remember, it is all an illusion. Look at life as a movie. Create love and joy in your life and live in happiness.

I have more information about the Dragon and how it fits into our history but that will have to wait for another time. Anyway, we have a very interesting and exciting year ahead of us. As long as we think with our hearts we will be able to weather the many changes that will happen this year. And don’t forget that we are in the year of magic and miracles. So Be It!

Past the Crossroads Now.

There is with this New Moon a sense of being in new territory.  The mental traps are still there, watch out!  But one who has been following their heart may find themselves standing in a place where what is out front is open and new and what is behind is boring and very old.

The degree of this New Moon is one which the heavens are shouting for us to pay attention to.  The Great Opposition, between Jupiter and Saturn, is very close to exact and they’re both squaring the Sun/Moon conjunction. So Jupiter and Saturn, the great teachers, are both pointing to this New Moon and saying, “embody the energies of the degree of this New Moon and you will know that we support your work.”

The once-every-twenty-years-or-so opposition between Jupiter and Saturn is the aspect of the archetypal crossroads between light and dark, between fitting in or breaking out.  We’ve been working with this one since early 2010.  For the most part, this period has been colored by the Jupiter in Aries damn-the-torpedoes mentality in contrast to the Saturn in Libra struggle for self-worth.  Brashly breaking through limiting factors and finding in the new place a swarm of contradicting signals saying, “you blew it, it’s not worth it, people can’t really do that.” 

Oppositions are about coming to understand both sides of an argument.  For a couple of years now, one side of ourselves has been saying, “Look, it doesn’t matter what other people think, I am going to reach for my desires regardless.”  And the other side has been saying, “Look at the pain you’ve caused, look how impossible it is for you to succeed in this craziness.  Go back to your nest!”

Something about this has recently changed, and I bet you’ve felt it.  It’s as though that nest, the security you’ve left behind, has somehow come forward to you.  The “go back” voice is just not as compelling.  At the same time, the movement forward has become much gentler – it’s not so much about breaking through as it is about the quality of being in a new place.  The struggle to evolve that was once so desperate has taken on a different tone.  There’s more of a sense of the quality of the freedom you’ve found.  Sure, the old friends aren’t there, the bank account, the solidity.  But there’s a different taste to the wind, and you like it.

We are learning, in 2012, to remember how much we love this Earth.  We are human, and so lucky to be human that very few of us recognize the beauty of this moment – hardly anyone believes in fortuna anymore, or any of the old gods for that matter.  Our relationship to the divine has been replaced by our relationship with our credit card.  Our worship of Love has been replaced by the worship of the image of youth.  Our relationship to the rhythm of life has been replaced by….  Too Many Things.

And yet at the same time, so many of us – those who can still hear their hearts and are strong enough (crazy enough?) to listen to what they say – are letting go of those Too Many Things, and have moved away from the comfort zone.  Our situations often confuse those who haven’t made the leap.  They “can’t understand” what we’ve done – meaning they don’t support it (stand under it).  Oh well, they may have their surety for a little longer.  We actually do support them there, we remember that point of view.

The New Moon in Aquarius of 2012 happens at 11:40 PM Pacific Time on January 22^nd.  It occurs in the 3^rd Degree of Aquarius (if an astrologer calls it 2 degrees, ask them why).

This degree is about accessing support (understanding) – in this case from the Great Ones.  Because I can, I want to share with you several of the symbols for this degree (Aquarius 3).  I invite you to take time with each one.
